
Preparation
1/2 cup Frozen berries
1 cup Leafy greens
1 tsp Coconut oil or MCT oil
1/2 tsp Nut butter
1/2 in Turmeric
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Nut milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until you have achieved the desired consistency. Drink the smoothie within 30 minutes so it doesn't lose potency.
