Preparation
4 oz of dairy free cream cheese
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter or almond butter
2 tablespoons of unrefined virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup of cacao powder
1/2 cup of chopped unsalted nuts of choice - I use walnuts
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
12 drops of liquid stevia
Instructions:
Place the cream cheese, nut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, cinnamon and stevia in a bowl and mix until everything is fully mixed together. Now add the nuts and mix again. You can spread the mixture in a small glass container and let it chill in the fridge for about 2 hrs or until firm. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
