Preparation
1/2 Cucumber
3 Celery stalks(ribs)
1 handful of dark leafy greens such as spinach or kale
1/3 cup of berries of your choice. I like frozen berries for a creamier texture
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 in turmeric
1/2 in ginger
1/3 cup of walnuts
1 tsp of flaxseed - preferably ground/meal flaxseed
1 serving of white maca root powder (see bag for serving amounts)
Coconut water or just plain water
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender, and add  water as you blend all ingredients until you have achieved the desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Be sure to drink your smoothie within 1 hour after blending it so it doesn't loose nutrients.
