My Pre-Pregnancy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 3 Celery stalks(ribs)

  • 1 handfull of dark leafy greens such as spinach or kale

  • 1/3 cup of berries of your choice. I like frozen berries for a creamier texture

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple

  • 1/2 in turmeric

  • 1/2 in g

    inger

  • 1/3 cup of w

    alnuts

  • 1 tsp of f

    laxseed - preferably ground/meal flaxseed

  • 1 serving of white maca root powder (see bag for serving amounts)

  • Coconut water or just plain water

Preparation

Instructions:


Place all ingredients in the blender, and add  water as you blend all ingredients until you have achieved the desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Be sure to drink your smoothie within 1 hour after blending it so it doesn't loose nutrients.
